At SpreadMe Institute Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality education and support to our students. Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with your learning experience. However, as our programs involve valuable time, resources, and digital access, we have outlined a clear refund policy below:

1. General Policy

• Once enrolled and payment is made, fees are non-refundable, except under certain rare and valid circumstances (explained below).
• Refund requests will only be considered if submitted within 5 working days from the date of payment and before accessing more than 20% of the course content or attending more than 2 live classes.

2. Valid Reasons for Refund Consideration

A refund may be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate Payment: If a student accidentally pays twice, the extra payment will be refunded.
• Technical Issues: If due to technical limitations, a student is unable to access the course after multiple verified attempts, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
• Course Cancellation by SpreadMe: If we cancel a course or batch due to unforeseen reasons.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after enrollment.
• Disagreement with the teaching style, trainer, or course content once accessed.
• Lack of time, personal issues, or shifting focus after starting the course.
• Delay in learning due to personal reasons or other commitments.

4. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request:

• Email us at spreadme.institute@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Full Name]”.
• Include your payment receipt, date of enrollment, and the reason for the request.
• We aim to resolve and process eligible refunds within 7 to 10 business days.

5. Additional Notes

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed through the original mode of payment.
• No cash refunds will be provided.
• Partial refunds or prorated refunds are not applicable.
